About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and project planning skills to manage and deliver building construction projects. The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience in building projects

Key Responsibilities



Lead & Deliver Projects

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management from initiation through completion.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery.

Performance Management

- Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and prepare accurate and timely reports for both management and clients.

Contract Administration

- Administer contracts, monitor claims, and ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations.

Resource & Cost Optimization

- Manage resource allocation and implement effective cost-control measures to maintain profitability.

Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to all safety, health, environmental (SHE), and CIDB requirements.

Problem-Solving

- Proactively anticipate project risks, technical challenges, and delays; resolve them with effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive best practices and foster a culture of excellence in project management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent. At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications. Punctuality, teamwork with an eye for detail is essential Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD Ability to lead, motivate, plan and coordinate project team Good organizational and analytical skills Discipline and Strong Work Ethic Strong interpersonal and communication skills

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM


Expected start date: Immediate / earliest availability

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
