Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage NPI projects from customer handover to mass production readiness.
Coordinate cross functional teams to meet project timelines, cost and quality targets.
Review and approve product design for manufacturability and provide feedback to customer or engineering teams.
Develop project schedules, manage risks and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
* Act as main liaison between customer and internal teams for all NPI related matters.
