The PM is an effective facilitator who delivers high-quality results and brings excellent communication, planning, and organization skills to the team. You will take complete control of new client project initiatives and manage the client relationship and the Infor consulting team, to deliver projects on time and on a budget that provide value to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience in ERP solution delivery, is well-versed in PMBOK or an equivalent project methodology and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate, organize and facilitate all project activities

\xc2\xb7 Foster teamwork and communication between teams and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for project financial performance and reporting project status to internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain project plans inclusive of budgets and resource utilization schedules

\xc2\xb7 Track and communicate progress, potential issues and roadblocks to all project stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Manage risk both for the client and for Infor

\xc2\xb7 Ensure project success which is measured as on-time / on-budget / customer satisfaction

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the PMO to ensure that the project follows best Infor\'s Deployment Methodology and quality deliverables.

\xc2\xb7 Identify new business opportunities and takes part in new sales initiatives.

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 7+ years of relevant project management experience

\xc2\xb7 Experience in ERP Project Management

\xc2\xb7 English Speaker

\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of a structured project management methodology and practices

\xc2\xb7 Experienced MS Projects user

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously

\xc2\xb7 Excellent people skills to manage the Infor Project Team and the customer stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities

Good to have

\xc2\xb7 PMP certification

\xc2\xb7 Working in a vendor environment
