\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfIndependently handle top-tier Residential, Commercial, Hospitality projects from design concept to site supervision/coordination.
Initiate and develop inspirational story/mood boards based on the project brief, from a concept to a visual, tangible spatial proposal.
Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design.
Handling all design related scope including design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.
Review project plan to determine specifications, time frame, cost limitations and procedures for accomplishment of project, allotment of resources to various phases of the project.
To work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors consultants during construction/implementation phase.
Take charge of material sourcing, identifying essential materials and overseeing their procurement
Review the drawings and coordinate FF&E, MEP and all information that relates.
Monitor, coordinate and control the progress of site work, ensure the project to be completed within the budget, cost and stipulated time frame with good work quality.
Uphold quality assurance standards by conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues and collaborate with the Project department for timely resolution
Conduct comprehensive final inspections upon project completion to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, continuously tracking and recording project developments for transparency and accountability
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
Job Requirements
Possess at least Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture and Interior
Design with minimum 8 years relevant experience in project/construction management or property development
Solid technical knowledge in property development, construction and contract administration
Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, and/or SketchUp
Knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction
Excellent leadership, design presentation, organization and analytical skills
Ability to resolve complex design and communication issues
Good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills including able to work independently and results orientated
Skillful in critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail
Solid understanding of construction contracts
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
Knowledge in CAD programs and MS Project an added advantage
Proactive and ability to work in face-paced environment and in meeting tight deadline.
