1. Monitor project deliverables within time, cost and quality.
2. Update relevant issues with team members, clients and related bodies.
3. Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and requirements.
4. Be aware of scope creep and track extra hours on projects, report to Client and Management where additional services are required / expected.
5. Work with the Designer to organise quarterly management / strategy meetings with the project Leads, track tasks and report outcomes and progress.
6. Oversee all aspects of the project by developing a detailed project plan; monitor, control and track progress; change control; identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact successful delivery of the project.
7. Advise on appropriate selection of products/materials when prioritising sustainable outcomes/budget considerations with include responsibility in finding, arrange and appoint relevant supplier for selected project before construction begin.
8. Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of selected projects.
9. To understand drawings and site condition and able to make decision in fast manner.

Preferable someone with Interior Design background which focus on Commercial and Residences.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Construction Management/ Building Surveyor/ Interior Design/Interior Architecture/ Engineering or any relevant qualification.
2. At least
THREE (3) year
of working experience in Interior Design and/or managing project. Preferably in design and build environment with
specialize in Commercial field
.
3. Organized and systematic approach to work. Strong time management and planning abilities.
4. Passionate, intuitive and able to work with minimum supervision.
5. Proficient in design software like SketchUp, AutoCAD and/or any relevant software.
6. Proficient in Project Management software like Gantt chart, Microsoft project, and/or any relevant software.
7. Fluency in Bahasa and English is essential. But Mandarin is additional bonus.
8. Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
9. Produce project documentation
(Handover form, Variation Order form, Project Timeline, Full Project Report).
10. Able to handle, coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers or other parties that involve in each project.
