Job Description

Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Also responsible in developing new products including visual and recipe to remain competitive in market.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detail project plan to monitor and track and shared with all the relevant stakeholders, contractors, vendors.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance, report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, develop spreadsheets, diagram, process map as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure Safety policies and guidelines adhered to all the time by all party involved in projects.

Requirements:

• With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in project management.
• Knowledge in project management software tools an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Project Management Professional certification will be added advantage.
• Able to identify, analyze and solve problems proactively.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and stressful work environment
• Resourceful and possess initiatives for continuous improvement
• Able to work in a team, coaching, supervision skill.
• Able to communicate with all stakeholders internal and externally
• Have a high sense of responsibility, technical skills, analytical skill, critical thinking, cost control, negotiation, planning.
