Job Description

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure). Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals. Adhere to PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards. Maintain project documentation (plans, risks, issues, budgets, status reports). Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies. Engage with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure requirements are met. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues when required. Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects. Work with Change Management and Corporate Comms teams to support adoption of new processes, systems, and tools. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in

business, IT, Engineering,

or a related field.

5-8 years of project management experience

, preferably in digital transformation, IT, or operations.

Professional certifications

(PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent)are an advantage. Experience in startups, scale-ups, or transformation-heavy environments is highly desirable.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM13,500.00 per month
