About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives that enable business transformation. You'll oversee end-to-end project execution -- from planning to delivery -- ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and a balance of business and technical acumen.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage medium-scale projects such as new system implementations, migrations, integrations, or platform upgrades.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and interdependencies, and proactively resolve or escalate issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive process improvements by introducing automation, best practices, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements across all project activities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ensure that all contractual obligations and service-level agreements are met.
  • Participate in governance and review meetings, presenting project updates and risk assessments where required.
  • Oversee project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Track vendor performance, delivery quality, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally within telecom, digital, or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with a mix of internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills -- including at executive levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans effectively.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
