Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
- Provide end-to-end project management and monitor progress
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation
- Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
- Creating a rapport with the clients and ensuring project delivery is accurate as per requirements
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent speaking and writing in English and Chinese language for business communication needs
- More than 4 years of working experience as a project manager and proven records in delivering sizeable project end to end
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Working knowledge of JIRA software
