• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and site management.
• Familiar with construction contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera or similar).
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Manage project schedules, resources, manpower, and materials effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and control project costs, prepare progress claims, variation orders, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead project teams, provide guidance, and foster effective communication between departments.
• Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and performance analyses to management.
