Job Description

Contract duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for data center development, including design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases. Manage and coordinate all substation-related works (HV/MV/LV systems), including interfacing with utility providers and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track progress and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are achieved. Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety, and quality requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Conduct regular project reporting, including progress updates, cost control, and risk assessments for management and clients. Ensure project documentation, approvals, and handover packages are properly managed and completed. Drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance throughout all project stages.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5 years

of project management experience in

data center, power, or heavy industrial projects

. Strong knowledge of

substation systems

(11kV-132kV or higher), power distribution, and commissioning processes. Proven experience managing EPC or design-and-build contractors. Familiar with international standards (IEC, IEEE, or equivalent) and local utility requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
