Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This role involves extensive planning, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and managing all resources.

Key responsibilities

Planning and budgeting:

Developing detailed project plans, setting timelines, and managing costs and financial forecasts.

Coordination and management:

Organizing and supervising all project activities, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Communication and reporting:

Liaising with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and clients, and providing regular status reports and updates.

Risk and quality control:

Identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and monitoring quality control.

Problem-solving:

Resolving conflicts, technical problems, and other issues that arise during the project.

Required skills and qualifications

Leadership and communication:

The ability to lead and motivate teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Technical proficiency:

A strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Project management:

Expertise in planning, budgeting, and time management.

Problem-solving:

The ability to handle unexpected changes and find effective solutions.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like building construction, construction management, civil engineering, or architecture is required.

Experience

: Data centre experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
