Scope of Work

We are looking for an

aggressive and fast-paced Project Manager

to handle

Maxis Fiberization Projects

, covering:

Onnet (In-Building) Fiberization

OSP (Out-of-Plant) Fiberization, including HDD & Civil Infra

You must be

familiar with Maxis processors

, documentation flows, and deliver execution under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end site execution for Maxis Onnet & OSP fiber works Strong knowledge in

BOQ, CBYD, CPC, BIS, VRF, and Maxis Processors

Supervise HDD and reinstatement teams, coordinate with Maxis PIC Control

project costing

and validate subcontractor scopes Drive

claim readiness

and meet deadlines on project completeness Update PFS sheets/ trekker and ensure documentation is audit-ready

Candidate Requirements:

Min 4

-8 years

in fiber rollout / infra project management Must have past experience with

Maxis work process (Fast Track / Rapid PO)

Strong character -

aggressive, fast, and accountable

Able to

travel weekly

, work on & off-site, and manage field teams independently Bonus: Familiarity with NCR
