1. Degree in automation or related major.
2. 1+ years experience in automation project management preferred.
3. Able to speack Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality and proactive attitude.
5. Proficient in office software.
Responsibilities
Responsibility
1. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and guarantee RTP
2. Anticipate risks, coordinate resources, and drive efficient execution.
3. Evaluate on-site conditions for installation and transportation.
4. Ensure installation completion with strict control over quality and schedule.
5. Organize project delivery, maintain client relationships, and handle exceptions.
6. Lead project documentation, management, and experience summarization.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
