Job Description

We are looking for a

Project Manager ( Civil or Mechanical)

to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing our construction project in

Kedah Darul Aman.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager shall be deemed to represent the Company for all matters on the execution of the construction works at all times. The Project Manager shall be primarily responsible for project coordination and execution of the works, and for all liaison related works with the Client in the implementation of the construction works.

The Project Manager specific responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:

i. preparation of and ensuring proper implementation of Construction Works Schedule and all site management plans, including Environmental Management Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control ("QA/QC") plans, HSSE plans and Risk Management Plan

ii. overall coordination, management and oversight all work by the key management personnel in the execution of the Construction Works

iii. coordinating all of the Company's Detailed Design

iv. managing and coordinating all required submissions

v. managing and coordinating all Authority approvals

vi. overall programming, progressing and coordinating of the construction and completion of Construction Works

vii. overall programming, progressing and coordinating of the manufacture, erection, testing and commissioning of the construction works

viii. overall responsibility on behalf of the Company in project management and monthly progress meetings

ix. overall responsibility on behalf of the Company in all HSSE meetings and all technical meetings

Qualifications :

The project manager must be a Professional Engineer (Civil or Mechanical) registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia or an engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia with at least fifteen (15) years' of relevant experience.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
