Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Coordination and execution of relevant sustainability programs, practices, initiatives, response strategies and project plans.
2. Ensure that internal sustainability audits are carried out in all operating units and follow up to ensure compliance to requirements.
3. Develop, implement and monitor company\'s sustainability policies and strategies and maintain the integrity of the various certification systems.
4. Ensure the that sustainability related certificates, standards & licenses are compiled and submitted accurately to related bodies.
5. Monitor and follow up on the Group of Company\xe2\x80\x99s licenses or certification to ensure it is renewed and up-to-date.
6. Prepare sustainability related reports as and when required by Management or clients.
7. Prepare and update relevant report, data or minutes of meeting to management.
8. Any other task/ad-hoc assignments/project works as required by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements
1. Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Business / Agriculture / Logistics / Engineering / Science or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year working experience in sustainability and compliance field or palm oil related industry.
3. Prior experience in oil palm industry will be an added advantage.
4. Able to speak and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
5. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties and excellent organization skill.
6. Analytical and innovative mind.
7. Strong working ethics and desire to learn.
8. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
9. Posses driving license and be physically fit, strong and able to travel alone.
