GNIUS is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused
Project Operations Lead
to ensure the smooth running of all projects across our fast-paced company. You'll oversee the coordination of development, marketing, and client fulfillment initiatives, ensuring that everything moves according to plan. While you won't need to be a deep expert in each function, your role is to make sure timelines are tracked, bottlenecks are addressed, and team members stay aligned. You'll lead a team of 5 to 7 staff members to support you across coordination, documentation, and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Planning
Coordinate and track initiatives across functions, including development releases, marketing campaigns, and client engagements.
Maintain and monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Identify blockers early and escalate when needed.
Delegate responsibilities clearly and ensure the team has what they need to succeed.
2. Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the bridge between different internal and outsourced functions: development, content, marketing, sales, and support.
Facilitate regular check-ins to align priorities and deliverables.
Maintain clarity on who's doing what, by when, and why.
3. Workflow Oversight
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are created and followed across functions.
Document and improve processes where needed to keep work flowing smoothly.
4. Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Organize and lead weekly reviews with team leads.
What You Don't Need
You do
not
need to be a software engineer, designer, or marketer. But you must be comfortable juggling workstreams from all three.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
