About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Project Planner - INTERN that will be responsible following up site status for invoicing toward customer and Subcon.

This person shall ensure that all documentation submitted monthly before the deadline.

What you will do

To support project financial activity (PO, GR and Invoicing)

To Assist on Site Owner Access document submission

Responsible on ERICSITE tool

Compile project activity and report (Most data are required compile manually and populated)

Willing to learn and able to do any adhoc task assigned

You will bring

Graduating Student from any University in Malaysia

Currently taking any bachelor's degree (IT, Engineering or Business)

Willing to commit 3-month internship program

Happy to be a in a hybrid work set-up

Office location will be in Shah Alam
