• Coordination:

• Ensure smooth communication between project teams.
• Facilitate workflow across departments.
• Quality Control:

• Ensure schedules meet quality standards and regulations.
• Monitor project timelines for quality compliance.
• Cost Management:

• Work with the cost control team to track expenditures.
• Align project schedules with the budget.

• Contractual Obligations:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project planning using MS Project or Primavera (advanced level).
