Manage and administer the infrastructure project and maintenance under Infrasel
Ensure all business dealings between the Company and its Strategic Partners are conducted smoothly and in compliance with established guidelines.
Optimize the Company's allocated budget to achieve targeted profit margins, cost efficiency, and operational plans.
Ensure proper supervision and control of all company assets and personnel.
Provide full commitment and support to technical partners and other departments in planning and executing work programs as directed by the management.
Uphold and represent the Company's image professionally when dealing with internal departments and Government Agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate integrity, discipline, and transparency in carrying out assigned duties.
Monitor and ensure all operations are executed according to the defined scope and work schedule.
Record and prepare written reports on any incidents received from technical partners or government departments within the specified time frame.
Plan and review equipment requirements for road maintenance works.
Ensure all roads are properly maintained in accordance with the contract scope, routine schedules, and work instructions.
Prepare memos or letters to departments/contractors involved in ensuring compliance with technical or contractual aspects at the worksite.
Prepare and update data related to contractors and road maintenance work programs for technical partners and contractors.
Record and review work reports received from technical partners before submission for management approval.
Collaborate with other departments throughout road maintenance operations.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors or other departments, provided they comply with the Company's SOPs and policies.
Participate in activities organized by the Company or technical partners involving contractors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent qualification related to the job scope.
Certificate in a Project Management Planning is a plus
Skilled and knowledgeable in project planning and implementation.
Experience in road maintenance works is an added advantage.
1 to 3 years of working experience
in a related field.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Possess good communication and reporting skills.
