Requirement

Min requirement Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering Civil, Construction Management, Building or equivalent
Min. 2 years experience in planning/ scheduling and related to planning software (MS Project / Primavera)
Min. 2 years experience in construction
Sound knowledge with common construction contractual IEM, PWD, PAM etc

Tanggungjawab

Understand the project scope of works and the quantities of items as refer to BQ/ Drawings
To prepare a details CPM as per WBS and planning concept produce by superior
Incorporated the resources & cost to the CPM
Produce the S-Curve & Weightage
Tracking the CPM by frequently (Weekly & Monthly basis)
Highlight the progress to project team and report to superior
Highlight the critical delayed as shown in CPM
Prepare the progress report as required by Client
Produce details CPM of lookahead schedule
Produce detail CPM on mitigation plan
