Job Description

Responsibilities:

Developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal/project requirements in Primavera P6 software & MS Project. Knowledge on developing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Identifying EPCC Phases, Project deliverables, required tasks & Project Milestones. Working knowledge on Project resource planning, resource & cost allocations and activity sequencing. Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work in accordance with the schedule and produce tracking charts in daily/weekly/monthly reports. Identify, propose and develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules. Able to perform progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis; and subsequently anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts Lead and mentor a team of planners, ensuring consistent application of project controls processes, standardization, and quality deliverables across projects Ensure project schedules are aligned with contractual milestones, regulatory requirements, and company planning procedures. Identify risks that could impact project timelines, prepare risk registers, and incorporate mitigation measures into the schedule. Standardize planning processes, implement lessons learned, and introduce innovative methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and at least 2 or 3 years in Planning. Experience in planning of engineering projects - Rail/Metro/LRT/MRT, Road and Data Centre Extensive knowledge of the software tools Primavera (P6) and MS Project Extensive knowledge of MS Office software i.e. Excel, Word, Power point Good interpersonal skills Fluent English (oral and writing) Willingness to travel/relocate Full-Time position(s) available
