Your Role

• Lead process transformation and improvement projects from inception to implementation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance Operations organization.
• Lead transition in line with target state while managing stakeholders.
• Mapping local Accounting and Finance Reporting & Planning Analysis process against Global Taxonomy; identify gap between global template and business area/ local process/system.
• Manage governance model for local exceptions and facilitate approvals according governance model; in alignment with global Govern the optimizations to ensure it delivers operational excellence.
• To drive sessions and conversations about how the to be process model is applied in the sending organization; Safeguards the to be process model through-out the Transition, working together with the Global Process Owners
• Provides process and system support services structured problem solving and uses continuous improvement as basis of organization change Project leadership and project management skills.
• Identify improvement potential and facilitate process improvements through analysis and inputs from process owners. Implement corrective actions.
• identifies process change requests and change proposals for regional and global organization Manage project risks, issues, and change.
• Manage the submission of project deliverables to ensure timeliness and adherence to project schedule and standards.
• Manage stakeholders to drive project completion and fulfillment of the KPIs Drive change management.
• Develop recommendations for moving to the ideal end-state process and present proposals (including business case) to key stakeholders and leaders for buy-in.

Who You Are

• At least 10 years working experience in the related field
• Experience in a shared Service & Center of Excellence environment is an added advantage.
• Strong Stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate good influencing, presentation and written skill
• In depth understanding of CI principles, Methodology, workflow, tools as added advantage
• Knowledge on SAP is preferred.
• Possess understanding of relevant regional accounting practice and Finance reporting & Analysis.
• A team player, customer oriented with good communication skills (written and verbal).
• 6 Sigma or other equivalent accreditations. (optional)
