Job Description
Project Procurement Manager.
Our client is a leading multinational chemical manufacturer based in Johor Bahru. We\'re looking for dedicated and experienced CAPEX Procurement talent to join the team. In this role, you will manage the procurement activity for projects across the region.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Chemicals)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
s:
- Responsible for executing the CAPEX procurement strategy for projects in the APAC region.
- Facilitate the procurement plan into the actual project.
- Monitor and report CAPEX execution progress, identify foreseen/unforeseen difficulties, and implement alternate solutions when necessary.
- Develop relations with external networks such as EPC contractors, design offices, construction firms, engineering firms, etc.
- Ensure all CAPEX project applications and approvals comply with company policy.
- Work closely with local and overseas internal stakeholders on requisitions.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in CAPEX/project management functions, manufacturing preferred or relevant.
- Min. Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical) or relevant.
- Experience in green field/brown field projects.
- Required languages - English, and other languages is a plus.
