PROJECT QAQC

Job Summary

To implement and facilitate Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Audit at Site. To implement site quality management procedures by liaising with Project Team, Managers and Construction Heads. To assist the Project Manager on the project quality control related matters including preparation of relevant documents, correspondence and submission to client, consultant, authority and etc. To manage and report on aspects related to Project Quality Assurance to all parties includes clients and consultants. To prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP). - To assist and liaise with site personnel in preparing QAQC documents including progress report, method statement and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). To supervise and coordinate inspections and test activities carried out on all components and materials to ensure conformance to the specifications. - To carry out inspection and quality system activities based on approved method statement To review the company Quality Management System periodically and to do necessary changes as required according to its suitability to the company's operations. To ensure all jobs at site are carried out in accordance to required specification, quality, and safety standard and effect the construction progress by coordinating and auditing regularly. To monitor & identify daily site quality problem. To coordinate with consultant about quality issues and the closure of the Non-Compliance Report - To schedule, execute and evaluate project internal quality audit. To responsible on monitoring and take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observation, material delivery and other QA/QC documents. To ensure all material used and arrived are according to project specification.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering/Architectural/ Buildings 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity Familiar with ISO 90001/QLassic for constructions industry Based at Project Sites (1.Kuala Terengganu) (2. Kepong Metro) Good communication & Teamwork

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
