We are urgently seeking for Quantity Surveying Manager on a long term oil and gas project based in Johor. Selected candidates will be notified to attend face to face interview. Main Responsibilities. To prepare monthly cost report for the project and closely liaise with the PMC and QSC on all changes with cost impact. To review cost assessment from the team, manage and control overall project costing. Provide contract and cost management expertise and coordinate all project cost estimation. Analysing terms and conditions in the contract Handling claims and disputes arising out of contracts. Provide contract management advise to the organization, ensuring that arrangement is in place for effective contract management. Manage high value/high importance contracts as required to ensure that company meets its contractual obligations to the supplier, identify and manage risks that may arise through the operation of the contracts and implement robust financial and operational. Ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget, conduct project life-cycle costing analysis. Supervise, monitor, and provide guidance to subordinates. To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying and RICS (Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or MRISM (Member of Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia) Over 20 years of working experience in quantity surveying,experience in cost control management. Proficient in both verbal and written in English, BM and Chinese. Good in interpersonal skill & able to communicate well internally / externally
