Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveyor,or equivalence.
- Required skill(s): Database Administration, MS Excel, MS Work.
- Responsible,independent,good teamwork.
- Able to keep clear and accurate records and reports with good computer skills and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry
- Those with related working experience in the sewerage treatment plant industry are encouraged to apply.
- This position is base in office- Kepong
- Conduct quantities assessment for progress claim,progress certificate, site valuation, variation order, final account and subcontractors\' claim
- Liaise and work closely with client, consultants, contractors and other parties involves in all contractual related issues
- Provide necessary support in tendering exercise
- Carry out any ad-hoc assigned by the company
- Assist in value management to enhance cost optimization in compliance with the required quality
- Analyze contractual terms and provides guidance to the team with regard to contractual matters
