- Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
- Onsite Attendance required onsite (warehouse and exhibition hall) during the event period
- Work closely with the company's in-house team for logistics business enquiries/quotations to business prospects
- Possess own transport.
- Posses a minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business related studies, Logistics and others
- Open to Fresh Graduates and applicants with working experience
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Experienced in exhibitions, events & project logistics is a bonus.
- Computer Literate
- Responsible, Team player, proactive and willing to learn

In line with our growth strategy, we are seeking outstanding individuals to join us as a Project and Sales Executive
What you need for this role:
- Monitor, coordinate & arrange freight shipments for exhibitions & events.
- Conducting in-house telesales, follow up sales leads and generate new leads to promote logistics services for the exhibition
- Candidate able to communicate in Mandarin as this candidate will be engaging with stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deal with diverse types of people.
