Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Great interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills to all level of customers.
Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & (Mandarin is an advantage).
Working experience with designer or renovation field or construction firm an added advantage.
Possess Own Transportation.

Tanggungjawab

Coordinated with Contractor / Interior Designer / Renovator for project-to-project basis
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Extract Measurement from drawing & BQ, calculate & prepare quotation.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Site visit & assist in resolving all site issues.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Prepare and implement sales account plans (including activity reports)
Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
