Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop business opportunities with project target prospects (Key Account {Developers}, architects, QS& project specifiers) (Developer/ architect/ consultants/ project scale id's/contractors) to build business relationships and close sales. Delivery quotations, proposals and all kinds of document preparations with tiles and sanitary wares & fittings sample board for presentation purposes. To achieve the Personal Sales Target & KPI set by the company. Coordinating with various internal and external departments to get things done efficiently and promptly. Invite potential customers to the showroom to view the product collection. Plan approaches and presentation with potential clients to develop proposals and close sales. Handle payment collections by monitoring customer aging and work closely with accounts for late payment customer action. Attends necessary after-sales & services matters by working together with TQA to resolve customer matters efferently and promptly. Report and do all other tasks instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement:

Diploma and with sales representative field. 1-2 years of experience in related industry will be added advantage. Mature & Confidence - positive thinking, feeling sure of oneself and your abilities. Patience - take a moment to step back from a situation to assess. Perseverance & motivation - keep going on in spite of obstacles. Commercial awareness - know your competitors, understand the economic environment, keep up to date with new products in the market, and changes impact customer. Excellent interpersonal skills - teamwork, responsibility, dependability, flexibility, patience motivation, and leadership. Positive working attitude. Self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently.

Working Hours

:

5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday (Alternate Off day) 08:30 - 13:00
