Responsibilities
Sourcing and recommending prospects for new business opportunities
Implementing a new sales plan and advertising
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Manage the entire project sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to closing deals.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to find new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM / any discipline in Business/Marketing / Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in office furniture systems or interior solutions.
Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Strong understanding of office furniture products, modular systems, and the local market.
Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
