We are looking for a motivated Project Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales strategies within the commercial kitchen equipment/foodservice equipment industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sales processes and strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of meeting targets in a highly competitive market.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial kitchen equipment industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.

A successful Project Sales Manager should have:
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales (Project Basis - Customize & Fabrication Products) or customer-facing role, preferably within the Sales industry specializing in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, F&B, or Food Service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven,with leadership qualities.
