Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare AutoCAD details drawing & construction plans.
• Assist and manage execution of store renovation activities and to ensure on time project delivery.
• Liaise with the mall management, landlord, contractor, supplier on the assigned projects.
• Liaise with Regional buying exercise & inventory.
• Liaise with Regional buying exercise & inventory - Lighting & Fixtures.
• Prepare CapEx & other related admin works .

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses min Bachelor's Degree in ID / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field (Preferably in retail industry).
• Skillful in AutoCAD / Sketch-up / 3D. Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel / Report Format.
• Familiar with Tender process, Contract Management and Construction Scheme.
• Able to work independently and drive results.
• Good inter-personal, co-ordination and managements skills.
