Project Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Design for BAS & ELV System; Execution & monitoring project progress, attending site meeting; Set up Building Management System (system communication, Software insight, windows) for new project and upgrade project; Create graphics/interfaces for the Building Management System; Updating the AutoCAD as-built drawings; Troubleshooting for the ELV (access door & CCTV) and BMS system; Documentations preparation for the project (eg operation & manual booklet, testing and commissioning checklists, report, sampling); Monthly servicing for the ELV (access door & CCTV) and BMS system (testing & commissioning, setting and calibration); Prepare progress claim and service report; Attend to customer calls and complaints; Supervise subcontractors for effective project implementation; Prepare proposals for system upgrading; Liaise with Admin dept on Purchasing & Logistics functions.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of relevant experiences required for these positions Able to work under pressure and meet the dateline Strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a team. Male & Open race Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia &

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

Basic RM 3,200.00 - RM 4,000.00 Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6.00pm) Performance Bonus & miscellaneous allowances Annual Leave (14 days) Medical Panel Claim EPF, EIS & Socso
