Project Site Supervisor
Job Description
2. Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce with a positive attitude.
3. Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
4. With /without experience in supervisory roles
5. with multiple computers operating systems and software:- Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, email, etc.
6. Reading comprehension of technical documents
7. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
8. Strong project management abilities
9. Confidence to thrive under pressure
Responsibilities
a. Coordinate day to day site project activities and manage contractor works progress to follow SOP, safety, implement site policies and procedures.
b. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
c. Keep accurate records of project ongoing timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality of works performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
d. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and kept update to Project Manager.
