Requirements:
Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison and coordination with sub-contractors, carpentry and relevant authorities, responsible of installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works.
Daily management for on-site "ID & build" activities including planning of work schedules, monitoring the work of sub-contractors and preparing daily / weekly reports.
Attend to site issues or problems to ensure that the project is completely handed over without any issues.
Handle and manage defect works.
Qualification:
Strong carpentry skills and ability to understand architecture & interior design construction methods and sequence
Good communication skills to deal with subcontractors, general workers & clients
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
2 years of working experience in ID Project Supervision or related field
Knowledge about material application.
Candidate must be proactive, responsible, hardworking, reliable, positive attitude and able to work independently.
Willing to outstation, night work when needed.
