• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Structural), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Graduate Engineering Background with or without experience
• Required manner(s): Well organized, attention to work details and accuracy, good team player, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, good communication skill, effective time management skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Possess AutoCAD skill
• Possess own vehicle
• Location: Johor Bahru

Tanggungjawab

• System involved for : Besstem Rainwater Discharge Piping System; BessFlow-Rainplus Siphonic System ; BessRain Rainwater Harvesting System; Valsir Plumbing & Sewerage System & etc.
• To check and ensure construction activities follow construction drawing and specification and liaise with consultants to resolve the construction issue where necessary.
• Ensure setting out is consistently checked and verified against drawings.
• Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied.
• Ensure minimum on material usage & manpower wastage.
• To monitor the performance of sub-contractors on site and to ensure the engineering installations are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Receive and check material delivered to site.
• To attend site meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.
• To handle the complaints received and resolve them within the time frame.
• To conduct joint inspection with consultants / main contractor.
• Preparinng AutoCad Drawings for project site submissions (If needed).
• Able to work individually and in team.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
