Perform the operational responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior / team manager according to agreed standard operating procedures.
Execute assigned tasks, maintain activity records, and assist with the monitoring of processes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s).
Communicate and work with the team to meet customer expectations and department KPI / Goals.
Escalate issues to immediate superior as they arise.
To perform other responsibilities and duties this may be assigned from time to time in order to meet DMS operational and/or other requirements
Job Scope:
Receive Document thru parcel and courier
Check document received
Prepare listing
Sort documents as by security document & mailing document
Prepare document and deliver to icimb stakeholder
Scan document as per document type
Index and output images
prepare daily report
