Job Description

Job Responsibility Responsible for overall project management which includes but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion of phasing of project to ensure successfully completion of the project. Responsible include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation. Responsible to provide reports regarding project progress to senior management. Focus on the successful delivery of the project and manage all aspects of the construction programme until CCC. Follow up with relevant authorities and consultant on the approval of land matters, proposed layout , building plan, design proposals, tender documentation etc. Lead and coordinate works amongst the project team. Well verse in Structural work, Architectural work, M&E works and cost control. To ensure that all project requirements, deadlines and schedule are on track. Job Requirements Degree in Project Management, Civil and structural Engineering /Architectural/ Building /Construction Management or relevant disciplines Minimum7-10 years of relevant experience in property development company Able to manage multi- disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation, authority liaison and etc. Good networking with colleagues, local authorities, consultants and contractors Experience in high rise building Good leadership and meticulous in enforcing high standards of work.
