Proficient in using CAD software and Office software. Have certain experience in project site management, pre-settlement/visa management, familiar with decoration construction technology, structure and electro mechanical, air conditioning, fire protection and supporting projects, familiar with industry knowledge (including fire protection) and relevant laws and regulations, national quality certification, management system relevant knowledge;4. Serious and rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution and self-discipline ability, strong ability to withstand pressure, and good communication and expression skills. Requires frequent business travel.Responsibilities:1. Timely and effectively intervene in the pre-project preparation and engineering conditions, hidden danger investigation and inventory, coordinate with relevant business departments during the store construction process to ensure that the new store construction work is carried out according to company standards and successfully completed;2. Plan reasonable construction plans, pay attention to construction safety, control the store construction process, effectively control costs while completing new store construction tasks on time and with high quality;3.
