Job Requirement

Diploma/Bachelor degree in any mechanical or electrical engineering/construction management or related field Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in retrofit or new build construction for Mechanical & Electrical equipment/machinery installation Requires strong project management capabilities with a proactive mindset in strategic planning, coordinating and executing task Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (piping & electrical schematic diagram), and project plans (schedule) Able to travel outstation nationally, perform over time when necessary and standby during non-working days. Posses a valid driving license

Job Responsibilities

Initiation

: Conduct site feasibility checks for retrofit/new build on hot water system's installation and highlight potential risks and constraints.

Planning

: Establish site execution schedules for hot water system's installation for subcontractor and client reference, and coordinate with internal, subcontractors and client

Execution

: Manage daily site execution by supervision to subcontractors, resolve on-site issues, and enforce quality & specification compliance.

Monitoring

: Track and control progress against established schedules, inspect work for standards, and maintain accurate daily records and reportings.

Closing

: Conduct site installation inspection, pre-testing and support engineer for full testing and site execution completion reports with lessons learned. Any other ad hoc tasks relevant to your department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
