About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Supervisor

to lead and manage projects from initial planning to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid background in project management, capable of coordinating teams, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution. This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure every project meets its objectives, stays within scope, and is completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely completion within budget and according to quality standards. Lead and manage project teams by assigning tasks, setting clear deadlines, and tracking progress. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide regular updates and address any issues promptly. Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption. Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, workplace safety guidelines, and relevant industry regulations. Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures to maximize cost-efficiency. Prepare and present detailed project reports outlining progress, key challenges, and final outcomes to senior management. Promote a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent). Proven experience in a similar role as a Project Supervisor, Project Manager, or Team Lead in a project-based environment. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project), and best practices. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenges quickly and efficiently.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
