  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to communicate in Mandarin will added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Tanggungjawab. Support and Coordination for Projects
  • Apply for permit of renovation after collect information from Project team.
  • Responsible to arrange transportation of materials delivery within the budget given by QS Department.
  • Arrange Roll-On Roll-Off (RORO) bins for removal of large amounts of bulky waste at project site upon request, and get approval of the payment amount with QS Department.
  • Issue Purchase Order (PO) with suppliers/subcontractor quotations for transportation and Roro Bin arrangement.
  • Manage transportation and Roro Bins supplier list.
  • Responsible to apply insurance for project after get information from Project team.
