Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Support Assistant at ChargeSini EV Charging. The Project Support Assistant will be responsible for project support, project coordination, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and providing administrative assistance. The role requires the candidate to be based in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia.Responsibilities
- Project coordination
- Liaising between sales team, contractors and clients to ensure installation met all parties expectation
- To complete respective project within planned timeline
- Documentation and filing for pre installation and post installation documents
- Quotation and invoice request and submission for top management approval
- Control installation cost and purchasing material cost within budget set
- Excel project management skills
