We're looking for a hands-on Support Engineer for a full-time role located in Johor Baharu. This Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT Supports, including active troubleshooting, break and fix , monitor, reporting and onsite support.
Daily tasks will involve technical documentation, direct involvement in support management implementation, coordination with teams, resource management, and ensuring support Service Level Agreements are met within the stipulated timeframes. The role includes regular, proactive, and confident communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address any issues, and engage effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience in end-user support management and process-oriented roles.
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, production processes frameworks, and service management lifecycle, and solid understanding of cybersecurity, networking, on-premises IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and relevant security frameworks.
Flexibility to work overtime when major issues or outages arise.
A proactive attitude towards finding solutions or workarounds for customers.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and independently.
Must possess the flexibility and means to travel for urgent or scheduled onsite support assignments.
IT technical certifications, Microsoft certifications, basic coding skills, are all added advantages.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
