Key Area of Responsibilities

• Project Support Executive will provide support desk (Phone or remote) and onsite support to end users on IT
• To coordinate project support with internal Software Development team
• To Provide Proper Documentation and Task related to Systems Application Project
• Immediately report and update Manager on implementation and support
• Application Analysing, Documentation and Systems Flow Documentation task
• Follow up, attend meetings (if required) monitor all the incidents/issues/requests to ensure SLAs are achieved
• Immediately report and update the Team Leader or Manager on any major support issues
• To assist in other IT related company projects or activities
• Flexible in work timing (he/she may need to be at site as when is required)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Systems or Technology Management Related
• At least 1 year of IT Support or Systems Support working experience.
• Fresh Graduates may apply
• IT savvy and proficient in Web systems, Open-Source Environment, Linux, CentOS, MYSQL and Email applications
• Basic MySQL or Maria Database knowledge
• Basic IT Networking knowledge (Wireless and Wired)
• Possess Knowledge in Virtual Machines would be an added advantage
• Customer-oriented, patient and a strong team player
• Possess good communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia) and inter-personal skills
• Will be based in Klang Valley but willing to travel other state site
• Possess Valid driving license (B2 or D)
• Age Requirement below 30
• Malaysian only
