Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Project Tech Lead
with a strongJava development background and Azure cloud experience
to work with a client in theInsurance / Financial Services domain
. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, independent ownership, and close collaboration with IT SMEs and integration teams.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
Java application development
Design, develop, and maintainSpring Boot microservices
Deploy and manage applications onAzure App Service
Implement and manageCI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
Work withDocker and Kubernetes
for containerized deployments Handle deployments and tuning onWildFly / WebSphere
Manage system integrations usingMQ / messaging systems
Coordinate withIT SMEs and cross-functional teams
Ensure application performance, security, and scalabilityRequired Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in
Java development
Experience withSpring Boot / Microservices architecture
Azure App Service
experience (5+ years preferred)Docker & Kubernetes
DevSecOps / CI-CD pipelines
WildFly / WebSphere
GitHub
MQ / Messaging platforms
Databases:DB2, Oracle, SQL MI, Sybase

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,482.05 - RM17,000.00 per month
