Job Description


\xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 6-7 years of overall working experience with 2 to 3 years of experience in Banking and have experience in implementing projects and being involved in Production Support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Group Compliance and the vendor to understand business requirements, providing expert knowledge and solutions on system ensuring delivery of business needs in a timely cost-effective manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide end-user support which includes handling and closing of business queries, change requests (CR), service requests (SR) and incident management (IM) tickets as part of Production Support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the other internal teams within the bank (Infra / DBA / Security Operations) at various stages of the project life cycle and have hands on the technical areas of the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze and translate functional specifications into technical specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides / reviews detailed functional and technical specifications and documentations required in each phase of the SDLC and complies with internal standards and guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides end user support during various cycles of the UAT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides reviews of deliverables and identifies gaps /areas for improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and design data collections, data staging, data movement and data quality strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Create, execute and document functional and interface design and test plans Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable) \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner, proactive and able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with Project SDLC \xe2\x80\xa2 AML knowledge is good to have \xe2\x80\xa2 Good experience in implementing web-based applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Technical knowledge and hands on in Unix / Linux, Oracle PL / SQL, MS SQL, DB2 and Java is mandatory \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent documentation and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. \xe2\x80\xa2 A history of leading and supporting successful projects
