PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Based in Gurun, Kedah) RESPONSIBILITIES - Duty reporting to Operation Manager. - Report and produce information to supervisor related to daily site construction job. - Able to manage site construction teams on execution of projects - Monitoring the progress of projects - Prepare weekly and monthly report including update - Ensure compliance of team with policies and best practices of company - Able to control project cost - Respond to customer and supplier inquiries when necessary - Ensure good project management on projects awarded - Responsible for securing the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality, confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery - Attend management meeting and site weekly management walkabout REQUIREMENT - Job declared as a contract staff - Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation, or related field - Minimum 7 years working experience in Electrical and Instrument - Advantage for those with experience in oil & gas environment - Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English - A good team player and be able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels of personnel - Possess positive work attitude, hardworking, able to accept new challenges, responsible and trustworthy OTHERS - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Project/Powerpoint, and AUTOCAD applications - Possess own transport - Need to report duty ASAP - Salary: starting from RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 (based on experiences) Interested candidates are invited to send your resume stating earliest available date, qualifications, experience, present and expected salary, recent photo, contact number and email to admin@esteem.com.my.
