The Operations team in Thoughtfull sits at the center of the organization and helps coordinate initiatives and activities across departments. This person will play a big part of this role and should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.What you will do:

• Own and drive strategic initiatives, able to frame problems and break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks
• Grow to be thought partner to department leads to drive operational excellence
• Work cross-functionally to streamline process flows
• Launch & incubate new businesses

RequirementsAbout you:

• Experience working in cross-functional or strategic roles
• Minimum 3-5 work experience in project management, strategy or operations roles. Experience working with product or in a B2B industry is a plus
• Familiar with data analysis / BI tools
